COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Lincoln Electric K371-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magpowr products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lnt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magpowr such as the VTC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 58D56RA manufactured by Mac and we are pleased to be able to service most Mac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RE154 by Manufacturer Lnt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lust Brand LSH07230560 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mannesmann-Rexroth such as R90078553 equipment made by Mannesmann-Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mannesmann-Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mannesmann-Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L70FLW made by Lumimax as well as the popular 104406CP11S301M01C00L00E00B00 original spares produced by Lintech Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWTL50 by Lw-Measurements and R90078553 spares by Mannesmann-Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K774 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lorenz. |
